Refund & Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact edwin@velloraau.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm whether the return is approved.

Items should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage arrangements will be confirmed with you before the return is sent.
